Our iPhone app “A Better U” is available at ITunes app store now for $1.99
'A Better U' has been developed by 2 psychologists and aims to inspire and motivate through personalised daily tips, quotes, messages and meditations, each accompanied by a beautiful image. Once the app has been downloaded, a 5 minute valid and reliable personality test will be completed. These answers will be analysed with scores assigned to one of 5 standard personality types, resulting in a personality profile. Then, sit back and each day receive a tailored message and image to help you on your journey to being 'a better you'.
